Where are you based?
We are based in Stockport, but will deliver to most areas nearby (delivery charges apply - you will be quoted when we receive your postcode).
What is the latest time I can order for my event?
Although as much notice as possible would be appreciated, the minimum time we can get an order processed and ready at your door would be 48 hours. We would require a 50% deposit on order with the remaining balance being paid 24 hours before the drop off, via PayPal.
How far are you willing to travel to deliver to me/my event?
We will travel up to 15 miles (with a delivery charge); anything outside of that we suggest a meeting point, convenient to you within this 15 mile radius, to reduce your cost.
How do I pay?
We accept BACS (banking automated clearing systems) and cash at present. We will be looking into paypal or sagepay in the future
How much is your delivery charge?
We calculate the delivery charges, based on a return journey. Therefore we would require a postcode and will gladly quote you a cost.
I'm allergic to nuts; can you still cater for me?
As we bake in an environment where nuts are present and used, we could not guarantee that all cakes would be 100% nut free.
I have a dietary need, can you accommodate my order?
Yes, most of our cakes are made with the finest gluten free ingredients, so we can easily accommodate coeliacs and wheat intolerances, for all other dietary needs, please just contact us for more details as some of our recipes can be adapted.
Is it possible to order the same design as one I have seen on the website?
Each item is individually made so therefore we cannot guarantee that they will be identical, as colours and designs may slightly differ. As always we will do our best.
