Our small company was founded quite by accident. Having been volunteered to make 60 cupcakes for a family members 70th birthday party, the trials and tribulations began.

We soon discovered a flair to create light, fresh and delicious cakes and biscuits and decided to share our speciality treats with the public. We make cakes suitable for any coeliac, using only the finest gluten and wheat free products. (We will bake using traditional flour unless requested.)

Our colleagues at work and friends and family, soon became our guinea pigs and the positive oo's and ah's and tasting comments persuaded us to open our doors and here we are...

 

One of our proudest moments is that we a NORTH WEST FINE FOOD AWARDS WINNER 2011! Out of the 374 applicants that went for one of the awards, we came FIRST!    This was won just 3 months after we started trading.

 

We are registered and approved by Stockport Council and we all have 'Food Safety Awareness in Retail' certificates aswell as full insurances.

 

We have adopted a 'Try before you buy' policy so come and see us at the following Farmers' markets:
